Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Sthoulya Patients of any age ,sex ,socioeconomic status Fresh and treated cases Patients with BMI between 25 kg/m2 to 39 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients age less than 18 and more than 40 years Pathophysiology and genetic syndrome associated with Sthoulya Complicated patients having target organ damage Malignancy Poorly controlled DM HTN Acute complicated systemic disease or disease which require long term treatment Heart failure Intake of counter weight loss agents and centrally acting appetite supprassants Prior surgical therapy for Obesity Alcohol and drug abuse Pregnent and Lactating women

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Change in Weight, Body Mass Index, Waist Hip ratio of Patients.Timepoint: Baseline 0th day,30th day,60th day and 90th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Change in symptoms of Sthoulaya along with Weight reduction.Timepoint: 90 days
