Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18-60 years 2.Patient of post-operative fissure in ano

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of DM, HTN, Asthma, Malignancy Covid-19 positive patients

To identify the difference of treatment for the mangement of post operative fissure in ano To observe and compare the effectiveness of treatment over the period of time To compare the efficacy of trial group drug and control group drug that is chura taila for trial group and soframycin ointment for control group in the management of post operative fissure in anoTimepoint: Total 15 days treatment baseline (0day),3rd,7th,10th and 15 th day To observe the wound healing process on 3rd,7th,10th and 15 th day
