Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Persons having BMI: 25 kg/m2 to 35 kg/m2 2. Weight stable for 3 months prior to beginning of the study (i. e 3. Individuals not taking weight loss, Lipid lowering or glucose lowering medication 4. Persons doing any static exercises

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women and lactating mothers 2. Who doesn’t wish to give written consent for this study 3. Known case of diabetes, hypertension, cardio vascular disease, hypothyroidism, hemiplegia, COPD, malignancies, tuberculosis, AIDS, PCOS, psychiatric patients, any other acute & chronic disorder 4. Individuals having any drug & addiction history 5. Persons having excessive hunger (Craving for food frequently) 6. People who have physically active routines or jobs 7. Persons doing other sodhana therapy
