Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Case Group: 1. Irrespective of gender, marital status, socioeconomic status , race and religion. 2. Patients between 18 to 50 years diagnosed for hypothyroidism with TFT. 3. Patient with TSH level more than 4.5 and serum T3 ,T4 level less than 2.04 and 12.5 respectively. For control Group: 1. Irrespective of gender, marital status, socioeconomic status , race and religion. 2. Patients between 18 to 50 years without signs and symptoms of hypothyroidism .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For Case Group: 1. Hypothyroidism in relation with thyroid surgery and radiation therapy. 2. Females diagnosed for Hypothyroidism in ANC. For Control Group: 1.Patients with sign and symptoms of hypothyroidism. 2.Females diagnosed for hypothyroidism in ANC.
