Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients Undergoing FESS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases Patients on treatment with clonidine, beta blockers, aspirin, anticoagulants, calcium channel blockers Weight 100kg Patients in whom clonidine is contraindicated
