Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unilateral displaced midshaft clavicle fracture with a displacement more than the shaft width.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pre existing morbidity concerning shoulder, arm or hand 2. Other open injuries 3. Open fracture 4. Pathological fracture 5. Severe comminuted clavicle fracture 6. Any head injury
