Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The care providers who spend at least 5 hours a day on care providing for the institutionalised homeless persons with mental illness. 2. The care providers who studied up to 8th standard and above 3. The care providers who are able to converse English or Kannada 4. The care providers who are consistently working with institutionalised mentally ill at least for 3 months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The care providers who have professional qualifications in mental health care. 2. The care providers who are not permanently employed in the institution
