Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age- above 60 years and old and living in the community 2.Participants who were not taking hormonal, calcium and vitamin D supplements 3.Participant who are able to give informed consent in the study 4.Participants who were willing to take part in the study will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with cognitive impairment 2.Significant orthopedic diseases that significantly limit joint mobility, e.g. advanced osteoarthritis, joint stiffness 3.Rheumatic diseases 4.Neurological diseases such as: Parkinson’s disease, post-stroke condition 5.Active neoplastic disease
