Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals between who exercise more than four times per week and have been doing so for at least six months and are from the Manipal and Udupi areas will be considered. Individuals with no medical conditions will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults above the age of 35 and minors under the age of 18 are not taken into account. Participants who attend the gym outside Udupi and Manipal are not considered. Participants having any form of physical medical issues are not taken into consideration. Users of the gym who just started and go less than four times per week are not taken into account.
