Intervention1: Surgical fixation group: After fixing the distal radius, DRUJ instability will be assessed intraoperatively and noted. Surgical fixation of ulnar styloid in form of tension band wiring

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with intra-articular distal radius fracture with associated ulnar base of styloid fracture
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with extra articular radius fractures, radius fractures without an associated ulnar styloid fracture,associated ulnar tip or waist fractures, polytrauma, open fractures, fractures with ipsilateral fractures, pathological fractures, non-ambulatory patients, and patients who do not consent for the study

| Functional assessment will be done which includes range of motion of the wrist and forearm, ulnar side wrist pain. Post-operative radiographs will be analyzed for the ulnar styloid displacement, DRUJ incongruity.Timepoint: The patients will be followed at 6 weeks, 3months, 6months, and 1 year.Radiological, functional assessment and clinical assessment of DRUJ will be done at every follow-up. | — |
