Exclusion criteria: 1.Congenital deformity of lower limb. 2.Achilles tendon pathology. 3.Previous surgery for heel pain 4.Injury to heel

To compare the clinical outcome of PRP injection versus steroid injection in the treatment of plantar fasciitis in terms of symptomatic relief.Timepoint: 1 MONTH

1.To evaluate the improvement of foot function over a period of six months. 2.To evaluate the patient satisfaction. Timepoint: 6 MONTHS
