Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with T2DM for more than 1 yr. 2. Age: 40 yrs. & above 3. Ability to understand spoken English 4. Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Uncontrolled hypertension 3. Any medical & neurological condition restricting active participation in physical activity 4. Any recent h/o musculoskeletal injury & surgery in the past 3 months.
