Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Healthy young adults of age between 18- 25 years. • Both males and females. • Six months previous to participation, being free of any (severe) damage to the back, hips, knees, ankles, and feet

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent fracture in lower limb Using medication known to interfere with cognitive function. Any visual disorder. Suffering from any pathological, abnormal health condition which could influence balance Being clear of any medications that may have an impact on balance
