Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals, Postgraduate and Ph.D.students.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Psychological disorder & history of long psychiatric medication, Person having any severe stress, Person having any chronic illness, Any suicide attempt in the past 6 months.
