Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with Clinical features of Essential Hypertension 2 Stage I Essential Hypertension, Systolic pressure 140â??159 mmHg or diastolic pressure 90â??99 mmHg 3 Essential Hypertension with DM 4 Essential Hypertension with Hyperlipidemia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Hypertension associated with Coronary artery disease / Valvular heart disease 2 Hypertension associated with Stroke 3 Hypertension associated with Chronic Kidney disease 4 Hypertension associated with Peripheral vascular disease

MeasureTime frame
1 Gokshuradi kashaya will reduce Systolic blood pressure by 10 mm Hg and Diastolic pressure by 5 mm Hg 2 Gokshuradi kashaya will reduce CRP, Urine albumin creatinine ratio and Sr Uric acid levels to Normal Timepoint: 0th, 15th, 30th, 45th and 60th day
