Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient who axillary temperature up to 101 f on day of examination, patient having following symptoms, agnimandya arochak angamard nausea shitprapokjwar jwar with kas jway with pratishayay

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1-patient with uncontrolled DM (HBA1C UP TO 8),uncontrolled HTN 2-paients are fever with skin rash 3-covid 19 positive with RTPCR/ Antigen positive 4-patients with purnavartjwar, hysteric, epilepsy, convulsion, pralap, trauma

1.To evaluate the efficacy of kantakariyadi kwath ghanvati 500mg two times a day after meal with lukewarm water and tab paracetamol 500mg two times a day with water in jwar for 14 days 2.to give maximum symptomatic relief to patient after 14 day of treatment 3.Relief from symptoms of jwar like angamard,aruchi,nausea, after 14 day of treatmentTimepoint: 14 day study with two follow ups on 7th and 14th day
