Intervention1: CARBOHYDRATE DRINK-SUGICARB: 355 ML OF CARBOHYDRATE PRE SURGERY DRINK -50 GRAMS WILL BE GIVEN THRICE ,FIRST 12 HOURS BEFORE SURGERY, NEXT AT 7 HOURS BEFORE SURGERY ANSD THIRD AT THREE H

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age undergoing CABG surgery. Patients signing informed consent. Patients having HbA1C more than 6.5% or having random blood sugar more than 200 mg/dl 12 hours before surgery and having symptoms of diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having Emergency CABG surgeries Type 1 diabetes Liver diseases Renal disease COPD(CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE)/Asthma Gastrointestinal motility disorder
