Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teenagers of the group 13-19 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute disease during the 6 weeks preceding the study. Teenagers diagnosed with any Musculoskeletal, Cardiovascular, Respiratory or Neurological condition. Teenagers with use of any medications.
