Inclusion criteria: 1 Women with age 40-65 years 2 Willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Physical problems related to spinal cord injury, stroke, recent fracture, muscle or joint pain 2 History of antidepressant uses or psychiatric disorders 3 History of hormonal therapy
