Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of CTS based on electrodiagnostic studies

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of wrist trauma/ surgery Patients with wrist joint disorder. Ex arthritis, avascular necrosis of carpal bone Patients with lymphedema of ipsilateral upper extremity Patients who had gone for interventional management of CTS Age > 50 years Those patients who are not willing to participate in study.
