Health Condition 1: E119- Type 2 diabetes mellitus without complications

Interventions

Intervention1: Arm 1 - Supervised Nordic Walking: This Arm will engage in Supervised Nordic Walking for 4 weeks. Time Period - 30 Minutes Frequency - 5 sessions per week Warm up - 10 Minutes Cool Down

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants of both genders and age group between 40-65 years who are diagnosed cases of Diabetes Mellitus type 2 for more than a year with body mass index 2.HbA1c in the range of 6.5 % to 10% 3.Participants who are on stable antidiabetic treatment for at least 3 months before inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with symptomatic heart disease (NYHA 2-4).10 2.Lower extremity vascular disease. 3.Myocardial infarction within past 6 months. 4.Severe lung disease. 5.Presence of any musculoskeletal disorder or other clinical conditions like peripheral neuropathy, insulin dependency, or symptomatic for micro or macroangiopathies, etc. that could seriously reduce life expectancy or their ability to participate in the study. 6.Severe arterial hypertension (i.e., systolic BP 200 mm Hg and/or a diastolic BP 110 mm Hg) at rest.
