Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals completed at least 6 months of their training in MD Psychiatry or M.Phil. Clinical Psychology or M.Phil. Psychiatric Social Work, or MSc Nursing at LGBRIMH. 2. Individuals who can communicate in English. 3. Individuals who report having worked with a culturally diverse population.
