Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects having the MPOD value less than 0.8 2. Subjects who have screen time of 8 hours or more/day (eg., laptop, mobile, etc)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects allergic to lutein 2. Subject with screen time less than that as mentioned in the Inclusion criteria 3. Subjects who refuse to sign Informed Consent Form 4. Pregnant and lactating mothers are excluded from the trial
