Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of T2DM with a disease duration of >=10 year and on multivitamins Diabetic neuropathy will be defined as: Patients with diabetes, having or not having clinical symptoms and sign who will have abnormal nerve conduction velocity, including both confirmed and subclinical DPN. Microalbuminuria will be defined as: Urinary excretion of 30 to 300 mg of albumin per g of Creatinine. Macroalbuminuria will be defined as: More than 300 mg of albumin per g of Creatinine
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: i. Patients of kidney transplantation ii. Patients with non diabetic nephropathy kidney disease iii. Cervical vertebral and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation iv. Acute cerebrovascular events v. Acute coronary events vi. Transaminase level more than two fold higher than normal vii. Serum potassium > 5.5 meq/L viii. Malignant tumor ix. Limb trauma x. Thyroid function abnormalities xi. Alcohol abuse xii. Intake of neurotoxic medications
