Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing elective neurosurgical procedures who are fully conscious ASA I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative disturbance of consciousness 2.Patients with disease that could impact post-operative recovery (e.g.,kyphoscoliosis, chronic kidney disease, or severe psychological or mental illness) or pregnancy 3.Patient with a life-threatening condition (ASA physical status IV or V). 4.Refusal of consent
