Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically and histopathologically proven cases of oral submucous fibrosis belonging to the 18-70year group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of any systemic disease. Patients who fail to give written consent Patient not willing to undergo a biopsy OSMF with other potentially malignant disorders is excluded. OSMF with features of OSCC are excluded
