Inclusion criteria: Patients with regurgitant lesion undergoing transesophageal echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who are not willing to give the consent.

To correlate the severity assesment of valvular regurgitant lesion from transthorasic and transesophageal echocardiography and observe the agreement between them.Timepoint: 2years

To differentiate the all qantitative and semi quantitative measurements in transthorasic and transesophageal echocardiography.Timepoint: 2years
