Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 60 years 2) Both men and women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Acute medical conditions (asthma attack, recent fractures, bronchitis, pneumonia, burns) 2) Recent Cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders and neurological disorders affecting physical function. 3)Participants having history of cognitive impairment or reporting of severe decline of memory according to MMSE scale. 4)Participants with risk of falls according to falls efficacy scale.
