Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Newly diagnosed patients of Hypothyroidism 2)Patients age should be above 18 year S and below 60 years 3)Elevated levels of serum TSH (more tha 4.31microIU 5)Low serum T3(less than0.79ng/ml 6)Low serum T4(less than 4.9micro/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age below 16 and above 60 years 2)Drug induced hypothyroidism,congenital hypothyroidism 3)All complicated cases of Hypothyroidism,goiter,myxedema,thyroid cancer etc and associated with other endocrine disorders 4)Patient having chronic systemic illness like tuberculosis, severe mental illness,cardiac disorder,diabetes mellitus ,CNS disorder 5) pregnant and lactating mother 6) Patient undergone thyroid surgery
