Inclusion criteria: Doctors working inNephrology, Neurology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Rheumatology, Respiratory medicine, Haematology and Community Medicine at KEMH. ? Those who are willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other speciality not dealing with palliative care patients Pediatric and neonatology as perceived barriers may be different in this population.
