Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All post operative patients admitted in surgical critical care unit and extubated after 24 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who underwent tracheostomy Patients who were referred from other hospital Patients who died during the course of treatment
