Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ALL ANTENATAL WOMEN WITH GESTATIONAL AGE >20 WKS WITH SEVERE PREECLAMPSIA. BP >160/110MMHG ON 2 SEPARATE OCCASIONS 30 MIN APART IN LATERAL RECUMBANT POSITION. WITH MATERNAL HEART RATE 60-120BPM.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: HEART RATE 120BPM. PATIENTS WITH CARDIAC DISEASE,ASTHMA,HAEMOTOLOGICAL DISORDER,LIVER DISORDER OR DRUG RELATED ALLERGIES
