Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those patients aged > 18 years admitted to Intensive Care Unit with diagnosis of sepsis and septic shock

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: # Patients with age # Patient relatives who are not willing to give consent for the study # Patients admitted for less than 24 hours in ICU
