Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COPD as GOLD 1,2 and 3 (as per airflow limitation severity)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active Tuberculosis History or Past Tuberculosis Radiological Features 2.People with metal implants or pacemakers. 3.Cancer patients. 4.Pregnant or lactating women. 5.Patients with severe cognitive impairment who c cannot follow the instructions to complete the treatment. 6.Those with other contraindications to short w wave. 7.Those who has recent history of MI, Stroke.
