Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged above 18 2. Patients who are cooperative 3. IDEAS disability score more than 40 percent 4. Staying in rehabilitation center more than for 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have sensory impairment 2. Patients with Mental retardation clinically 3. Patients already on Riboflavin and Vitamin C last 3 months
