Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of with keratoconus (thinnest pachymetry 350 â?? 400 microns) who are either not suitable for using contact lenses wear, intolerant to contact lens wear, willing to participate in the study and best corrected Snellenâ??s visual acuity (BCSVA) < 6/18 with spectacles will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 2.BCSVA > 6/18 with spectacle correction 3.Axial myopia > 25.0 mm 4.Not willing to participate in the study 5.Patients with history of hydrops

The primary objective of this study will be to evaluate the role of intrastromal lamellar keratoplasty along with collagen cross-linking with riboflavin in keratoconus. Timepoint: Follow up at day 1, month 1,3,6
