Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Irrespective of gender religion race prakruti marital status socioeconomic status Students from age group 18 to 30yrs Students having nidravaishamya will be selected as per the case record format specially designed for the study Pittsburg sleep scale index scoring from 6 to 14(poor quality sleep) and above 14(depressors) will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major illness for ex. Heart diseases, lung diseases, brain diseases, and diseases including all vital organs) Students on medication for sleep disorders
