Inclusion criteria: Patient having signs and symptoms of karnashoola .unilateral or bilateral diffuse otitis externa.Intact tymapnic membrane

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having any other karnagatrogas than karnashool . patient having perforated tympanic membrane
