Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) Eligible participants will be SMIMS students, Sikkim b) 18 years and older c) either sex (male/female) d) willing to participate in a one-month Integrated Yoga Module program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) Students diagnosed with hypertension, serious mental health disorders, chronic respiratory and cardiovascular diseases, chronic kidney or severe musculoskeletal problems, b) chronic smokers and alcoholics, c) athletes by profession d) any history of previous yoga or bio feedback technique training in last 1 year will be excluded from the study.
