Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Nursing Officers who are working in the operation theatres at AIIMS, New Delhi. Operation theatre Nursing Officers who have completed at least 3 months of service and who have participated in surgical procedures. Operation theatre Nursing Officers who are available at the time of data collection. Operation theatre Nursing Officers who are willing to take part in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nursing Officers from units other than Operation Theatre. Operating Room Nursing Officers who are sick or not available at the time of study.
