Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: house keeping staff (working for more than 1 year) VAS above 5 Positive Cozens and Mills Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of trauma of upper limb . Any diagnosed case of local or systemic infection, malignancy,neurological disorder, fracture Haemophilia Pregnancy Open wound in arm or forearm hypersensitive skin
