Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18- 65 years who have undergone de-compressive craniectomy for acute subdural hemor-rhage, contusion& admitted in neurosurgery ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Local site infections Hemodynamic instability ( SBP

MeasureTime frame
To compare the midline shift and ventricle size between TCUS and NCCT . Timepoint: To compare the midline shift and ventricle size between TCUS and NCCT before shifting to NCCT around 12 hours post surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the ? incidence of detecting contusion and bleeding ( EDH,SDH, ICH) between TCUS and NCCT Timepoint: 12 hrs after surgery
