Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stroke patients Age group 18 â?? 80 years Both genders Spasticity level â?? Grade 2 & 3 according to modified tardieu scale Able to walk at least 10 metres with or without assistance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of multiple strokes Neurological conditions other than stroke causing spasticity Orthopaedic conditions or deformities affecting functional mobility Botulinum toxin injection for plantar flexor within last 6 months MMSE score less than 24 Patients with metal implants near the rPMS stimulation site. Patients with infection such as (cellulitis) near the rPMS stimulation site.
