Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed cases of knee osteoarthritis by clinical, radiological and laboratory evidences. Patients who have agreed to give the informed consent form and follow up the protocol. Patients with grade 1 and grade 2 Osteoarthritis of knee according to Kellgren and Lawrence radiographic grading.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Physiological Status: Patients below the age of 30yrs and above the age of 70 yrs. Pregnancy and lactation. Pathological status: Diabetes Mellitus. Severe Anaemia (Hb below 9g/dl) Patients having past history of bleeding disorders. Liver disorders (Hepatitis, Cirrhosis of Liver etc.) Renal failure Other types of Arthritis (Tubercular arthritis, Infective arthritis, Psoriatic arthritis etc.) Patients with grade 3 and grade 4 Osteoarthritis of knee according to Kellgren and Lawrence radiographic grading.
