Inclusion criteria: Patients who are reported at National Institute of Siddha OPD & IPD with Madhumegam complaints

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient no willing to sign informed consent Vulnerable group ( Pregnant women, Lactating mother, Seriously ill, Mentally challenged, Institutional employees, Students) Severe systemic illness
