Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents of selected areas in Puducherry with parents willingness for participation. Adolescents who understand both English & Tamil. Both genders are included. Age group of 14-17 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with any psychotic illness with or without current use of anti-psychotic medications. Adolescents who are on other alternative complementary and mind body therapies. Adolescents who are seriously ill during the study period. Hypertension associated with other diseases and complications.
