Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI 23 to 27.5 in both sexes. Waist Hip Ratio >0.90 in males Waist Hip Ratio >0.80 in females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Overweight secondary to or associated with Hypothyroidism, Hypertension, Diabetes mellitus or Cushingâ??s syndrome. Known cases of PCOD. Pregnant women. Lactating mothers. Women attained menopause. Known cases of systemic diseases like cancer, tuberculosis, cardiovascular diseases, etc. Patients undergoing any other treatment for weight reduction.
