Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals, who are not well versed with the knowledge of ayurveda concept of prakriti, in the age group 25-50 years irrespective of gender, caste, creed, religion and socio-economic status, willing to participate and give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known cases of personality disorders and systemic disorders like diabetes mellitus, hypertension or other chronic illnesses.
