Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 screening of that study population (women) who have taken single or both dose of vaccination 2 between age 20-45 years irrespective of caste and religion 3 women who had regular menses before vaccination

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. pregnant women 2. lactating mother 3. women who are taking OC pills 4. H/O diabetic and thyroid 5. women having contraceptive device
