Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Practicing Mallakhamb for minimum of 1 years Competed in Inter-school/District level competition at least once

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any current Musculoskeletal pathology of fractures, ligaments, tendon, or injury that is limiting training Medical conditions like osteoporosis, systematic illness of cardiovascular or pulmonary system
